Instead of leaving you to figure it all out on your own, we pair you with a real person, someone who will:
- Help you get set up with the tools you now have access to
- Point you toward the right channels, strategies, and streams
- Guide you based on your experience level, schedule, and goals
- Check in, answer questions, and help you stay on track
Who Gets Access?
The Student Success Manager system is included for all Premium Members. It’s your personalized support thread to help you get the most out of your tools, coaching, and trading journey.
If you’re a free member, don’t worry, you can still get help navigating the Discord from one of our other support team members by opening a normal support ticket in the discord, or tuning in to our weekly Orientation Stream in the discord every Monday 6:00PM EST.
But the full Student Success Manager experience: including personalized onboarding, ongoing check-ins, and direct access to strategy guidance, is exclusive to Premium Members.
How Do I Access It?
Getting started takes less than 2 minutes:
- Go to the “Student Success Manager” channel on Discord
- Click the “Get Started” button
- Fill out the short form so we can understand your goals
- You’ll get access to a private support thread where your Student Success Manager will follow up personally to get you started
What Happens After?
Once you’re connected:
- You’ll get personalized support on what to focus on first
- You can ask questions anytime in your private thread throughout your time in Pennybois
- We’ll help you design a trading journey that matches your schedule and goals
- If needed, we’ll connect you to coaches, tools, classes, or indicators that match your strategy
This is more than support.. it’s a customized roadmap for growing into the trader you want to become.
