Why Is This Important For Investors?

Propchain targets renters in specific markets (like the UAE) where owning a home might be challenging due to high prices or strict mortgage requirements. They partner with landlords and offer tenants a program where a portion of their rent goes towards acquiring equity in the property they're renting (kind of like rent to own, but in this case it's rent to own equity). This also provides a path for these tenants to eventually own the home they live in, even if they couldn't afford a down payment initially.
